Hi!! I'm Kaci Hedden and I couldn't be more excited to be here with Kansas City Realty! Born and raised near Six Flags St. Louis, and now living in the KC area since 2015. My family and I call Spring Hill, KS home and absolutely love it! When I'm not working, I love watching football (KC Chiefs) & baseball (StL Cardinals), hanging out with my family/friends, reading murder mysteries, and watching Golden Girls reruns or crime-related shows (fiction & true crime).

I didn't always know I belonged in the real estate industry, but I've always been intrigued by all things real estate! As a first-time home buyer (in the crazy 2020 market), I realized how much was involved in the process and it fueled my passion to help ensure things move along as smoothly as possible for others! And so began my journey into real estate. I do hold an active Kansas Real Estate License, but selling isn’t my goal. I love professionally supporting the purchase/sale of properties as a Transaction Coordinator that partners with agents. I communicate with everyone involved in the transaction to ensure everything is on track. This allows me to put my organization, checklist-love, calm demeanor under stress, and friendly personality to great use!
